Made To Order
Every item is printed when you order it, so it's made for you rather than pulled from a shelf. Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address and charged at cost. Orders to the United States usually arrive 1 to 2 weeks after printing. Orders to El Salvador and most other countries usually arrive 3 to 5 weeks after printing. Items are printed by different specialist workshops, so a larger order may arrive in more than one package. You'll receive a tracking number by email for each package when it ships.
Customs And Import Duties
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are paid by the recipient on delivery.
Damaged Or Misprinted Items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Sizes And Changes Of Mind
Because each piece is printed to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind. Check the size before you order, and contact us right away if you need to change an order before it goes to print.
Cart Reminders
If you start checkout and don't finish, we may email you up to two reminders with a link back to your saved cart: one after about an hour and one after a day. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link, and they stop as soon as you complete your order.
